Right to Withdraw from the Agreement
According to consumer law in Poland and European Union directives, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of purchase of a digital product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform Sarnetski.com of their decision through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
Exceptions to the Right to Withdraw from the Agreement
The right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply to digital products delivered irreversibly, which began with the consumer’s express consent before the withdrawal period and after the seller informed the consumer about the loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement.
Returns
In case of withdrawal from the agreement, Sarnetski.com will refund all payments received from the buyer, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the buyer choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by Sarnetski.com), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day Sarnetski.com was informed of the consumer’s decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Complaints
In case of problems with the functioning of purchased products, the buyer may file a complaint by contacting Sarnetski.com via email or the contact form available on the website. Sarnetski.com undertakes to address each complaint within 14 days of receiving it and to inform the buyer about the resolution of the issue.
